Hyperliquid holds 80% of the DeFi perpetual contract market share According to The Block, the decentralized perpetual contract trading platform Hyperliquid currently holds 80% of the DeFi perpetual contract market share, a significant increase from 30% in November 2024. The trading volume of the platform reached 165 billion US dollars in May, which is about 9.7% of the trading volume of Binance perpetual contracts (1.7 trillion US dollars).
