A federal judge in Washington has suspended the implementation of the tariff order for 14 days.
The unaffected tariffs are
Article 232 of the Trade Expansion Act of 1962: Tariffs imposed on industries such as steel, aluminum, and automobiles on the grounds of national security remain valid.
Article 301 of the Trade Law of 1974: Tariffs imposed on unfair trade practices (such as intellectual property issues in China) remain valid.
All other basic tariffs and equivalent tariffs have been suspended.
