Bybit has obtained the MiCA license issued by the Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA), which complies with the framework requirements of the European Union's Crypto Asset Market Regulation (MiCA). MiCA regulations will come into effect in early 2025, and Bybit has chosen Austria as its EU headquarters to operate its services in 27 EU countries.
