According to Golden Finance, the ruling of the US International Trade Court on Wednesday to halt Trump's tariffs can be appealed to the US Federal Circuit Court of Appeals located in Washington, D.C., and ultimately to the US Supreme Court. Oregon Attorney General Dan Refeld called Trump's tariffs illegal, reckless, and causing devastating damage to the economy, and his office is leading lawsuits in various states. Redfield stated in a statement, "This ruling reaffirms the importance of US law and that trade decisions cannot be made by the president on impulse." The White House has not yet responded. The Trump administration can now appeal the ruling to the federal court. (Golden Ten)
