Telegram founder: Will receive $300 million in cash and equity from Elon Musk's xAI

According to Foresight News, Telegram founder Pavel Durov announced on X that Telegram has reached a one-year cooperation agreement with xAI to integrate Grok into the Telegram application for use by over one billion Telegram users. Telegram will receive $300 million in cash and equity from xAI, as well as 50% of xAI subscription revenue sold through Telegram.
