The Sui Foundation will provide a secured loan to Cetus, which, along with assets in the vault, will enable Cetus to restart and compensate users who suffered losses in the hacking incident. The Sui community is currently voting on the proposal put forward by Cetus to transfer previously stolen funds from the attacker's address to a Cetus multi signature wallet signed by Cetus, Sui Foundation, and OtterSec for Cetus' restart.
