Many brothers are asking: Is buying BTC at the bottom really more profitable than "buying it casually"?
Everyone believes that only by accurately copying the bottom of Bitcoin and escaping to the top at high levels can high returns be achieved
But in fact, we have overturned this cognition through the study of power-law quantiles: whether it is buying at the support level or laying out in the median price range, the difference in Bitcoin's annualized compound growth rate (CAGR) is negligible.
As of 2024, the CAGR for bottom entry is 52%, while the median entry is 53%, almost at the same level.
What is more worth noting for brothers is that regardless of which trend line operation is followed, the long-term investment value of Bitcoin far exceeds that of traditional markets.
Even if investors only participate in trading within the historical bottom range, their CAGR can still reach more than 7 times the expected return rate of the S&P 500 index.
In the cryptocurrency industry, a long-term holding strategy may be more effective in achieving stable asset appreciation than pursuing a perfect market.
