Extracting over 20000 SOLs from a newly created address and pledging them

On May 25th, according to Onchain Lens monitoring, a newly created wallet withdrew 20009 SOLs ($3.53 million) from Binance and then pledged 19875 SOLs ($3.5 million).
I also sent 134 SOL to another wallet for staking, with a total staking amount of 9270.4 SOL (1.6 million US dollars).
