DDC Enterprise completes first batch of 21 BTC acquisition, accelerating Bitcoin reserve strategy

According to Business News, DDC Enterprise (NYSE: DDC) announced the completion of the acquisition of the first batch of 21 bitcoins (BTC) as part of its strategy to include Bitcoin in the company's reserves. The company exchanged these 21 bitcoins by issuing 254333 shares of DDC Class A common stock to the investor group, with a current market value of approximately 2.2837 million US dollars. DDC is expected to complete two additional purchases in the next few days, obtaining the remaining 79 bitcoins. After completion, the company will hold 100 bitcoins.
