Alchemy completes acquisition of NFT issuing platform HeyMint, expanding its' smart wallet 'service

According to The Block, Alchemy, a Web3 infrastructure company, announced the completion of its acquisition of HeyMint, an NFT distribution platform, on April 30th. The specific terms have not been disclosed. The HeyMint core team will join Alchemy to jointly develop smart wallet products. It is reported that HeyMint provides a tool for creating NFT collections without programming knowledge, supporting Ethereum and its Layer 2 network.
