Wu said that the Texas House of Representatives passed the third reading of SB 21 bill with 101 votes in favor and 42 votes against. The bill aims to establish the "Texas Strategic Bitcoin Reserve" as a special fund managed by the state auditor general for investing in cryptocurrency assets with a market value of no less than $500 billion. It has now been submitted to the governor for signature.
