The Blockchain Group increases capital by approximately $9.75 million to advance its Bitcoin finance company strategy

According to Foresight News, European listed company The Blockchain Group (ALTBG) announced a capital increase of approximately 8.6 million euros (approximately 9.75 million US dollars) to advance its Bitcoin finance company strategy. This financing was raised through two operations, namely reserved capital increase and private placement, with an issue price of 1.279 euros per share.
