AMD will sell ZT Systems' data center infrastructure manufacturing business to Sanmina for $3 billion

The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of this year. Last August, AMD agreed to acquire server manufacturer ZT Systems in a cash and stock deal worth $4.9 billion.
