BlockBeats News: On May 18th, Nvidia (NVDA. O) is seeking to reduce its reliance on large tech companies and establish new partnerships to sell its artificial intelligence chips to challengers from nation states, corporate groups, as well as groups such as Microsoft, Amazon, and Google. This week, Nvidia announced a multi billion dollar US chip agreement with Saudi Arabia's Humain, while the UAE announced plans to coordinate with the US government to build one of the world's largest data centers. These 'sovereign AI' transactions are an important component of Nvidia's strategy to attract customers outside of Silicon Valley. Nvidia executives, industry insiders, and analysts have stated that the $3.2 trillion chip manufacturer intends to expand its business beyond super scale enterprises. Nvidia stated that large cloud computing groups account for over half of its data center revenue and are working to support potential competitors such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud. Including facilitating the emergence of "new cloud computing forces" such as CoreWeave, Nebius, Crusoe, and Lambda as part of its growing "NVIDIA Cloud Partner" network. (Golden Ten)
