IMO the market treats MSTR as a unique form of leveraged bitcoin (low interest rate, no short term liquidation price, and ATM optionality when a premium develops). In a bull market the stock will trade at a premium. In a bear market the stock will trade at a discount. This isn’t necessarily good or bad. It’s exactly what we saw in 2021 (premium) and 2022 (discount).
