Today in St. Thomas, we witnessed something powerful. Pride. Gratitude. Unity. People from all walks of life came together to celebrate the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the Morant Bay Urban Centre, a symbol of transformation and long-awaited development in a parish that has waited too long. This is not about politics. It is about progress. It is about Jamaicans finally feeling seen, heard, and touched by the hand of their government. It is about making sure that those who have felt left out are now stepping into the centre of national life, with real infrastructure, real investment, and real hope. As one great Jamaican voice reminded us today, this is about recognizing when the country is moving forward. We are building Jamaica. Not for some, but for all. Parish by parish. Person by person. This is what development feels like. This is what pride looks like. @grampsmorgan
