Going to make a new open source license type called “The CochBlock License” -works like a regular MIT license for most people -MIT license doesnt apply if: —you or a company you work for currently release under a BUSL license —a company you cofounded, even if you’re no longer there, released under a BUSL license —Or you founded a blockchain using Ethereum technology but didn’t release your upgrade components under FOSS. But: -You can remove the block by contributing $ to either the protocol guild, EFF, or other FOSS supporting orgs. You support free and open software? You’re golden. You freely use people’s open source work to create private restrictive bullshit? Then you get CochBlocked! 🤷‍♂️ Truly my magnum opus! 🤣
