I just saw a statement in the English section that the recent rise in ETH is likely related to the conversation between BlackRock and the SEC. Last week, it was reported that BlackRock met with the new chairman of the SEC and discussed cryptocurrency topics, including ETF staking. Of course, this may not be the 100% reason.
