As someone who has been buying Bitcoin since 2018 but has never sold it, at least I don't panic when holding BTC, and I am prepared to keep these BTC for chipmunks. I won't let him sell them while I am still alive. A friend asked me before, and my opinion has always been that if you don't need money urgently, don't sell BTC. Holding at least 0.1 BTC may change one's life in the future.
