The first instance judgment of Shuangfeng County People's Court in Hunan Province and the second instance judgment of Loudi Intermediate People's Court: the main offender Liu was sentenced to 11 years and 6 months in prison and fined 300000 yuan; Kang was sentenced to 11 years and 2 months in prison and fined 300000 yuan; Zeng was sentenced to 7 years and 6 months in prison and fined 90000 yuan.
