YES. The US Dollar needs this too. The GENIUS ACT will create the regulatory framework for USD backed stablecoins which will increase demand for USD cash & cash equivalents. This in turn will contribute to US Dollar global dominance and keep intact the US Dollar position as the reserve currency for international trade.
