Odaily Planet Daily News: Mitsubishi UFJ Bank analyst Halpenni said in a report that if the Federal Reserve remains cautious about the possibility of interest rate cuts in the coming months at Wednesday's meeting, the US dollar may not necessarily appreciate. He said that since the beginning of April, the euro has strengthened, although the yield difference between the EU and the US two-year treasury bond bonds has moved in favor of the US. This means that cautious signals about interest rate cuts may not necessarily boost the US dollar. Halpenni said that policy uncertainty and strong expectations of a weakening US economy mean that the US dollar may remain weak or further weaken. (Golden Ten)
