According to Lookonchain, an Ethereum whale that has been dormant for six months withdrew 1700 ETH worth approximately $3.1 million from Binance today and resumed buying operations. The address currently holds 5000 ETH, estimated to have a total value of approximately $9 million at current prices, but still has unrealized losses of approximately $3.6 million on its books.
