Ripple once made a takeover offer for Circle for $4 to $5 billion, but was rejected due to the low price offered

On May 1st, according to Bloomberg, insiders revealed that Ripple had proposed to acquire rival stablecoin provider Circle for $4 billion to $5 billion, but the offer was rejected as too low. Although Ripple is still interested in Circle, it has not yet decided whether to make another offer. According to Circle insiders, the company is currently focused on advancing its first IPO.
