What could an App token/ERC20C look like in Axie? A version of AXS that could be used to: • Increase rewards and put the p2e budget to work more effectively • Increase revenue to the treasury via Axie core How? We would create a new version of AXS, that the "old AXS" could be transmuted into. This AXS could be: • Spent in Axie Core to upgrade Axies or breed them • Staked for rewards But it would not be able to be sold on a CEX or DEX unless certain conditions are met. Those conditions could be: Staking it for a certain amount of time Having a certain amount of reputation or axie score etc This is still being researched and explore, but I wanted to use Axie as an example to educate on the potential for this more programmable token standard. This token would allow us to increase rewards without increasing sell pressure while also increasing revenue: the holy grail for crypto games. With this configuration, we would remove the short term incentives for bots and farmers to join and hurt the ecosystem. I have always believed that rather than banning or sell-shaming, the system should be configured in a way that prevents short term thinking and boting. This hasn't been easily possible until now.
