After the affidavit from returned female El Salvadorian prisoners, who overheard pilots hearing about the turn around order and being forced to ignore it, Judge Boasberg has ordered that DoJ and ICE provide reasonable arguments of why they should not be found in contempt by April 23rd. Failure to provide sufficient grounds, the Judge intends to find them in contempt of these court orders. Trump may have some gray area immunity protections on these orders. But DoJ, ICE and the rest of the administration do not. And it is time for the judiciary to use its full force as a check and balance, to hold every operator in this chain of command responsible for their actions.
