The European Union has long been a trusted partner in Jamaica’s development, supporting us through trade, investment, and cultural exchange. On Tuesday, I welcomed HE Erja Askola, Ambassador of the European Union to Jamaica, for a courtesy call at my office. We discussed how we can deepen our relationship by enhancing people-to-people connections and strengthening national security, while also exploring investment opportunities in energy, the creative industry, and agriculture. I remain committed to forging sustainable partnerships that benefit all Jamaicans and drive our nation’s growth.
