Soneium announces that it will use L2 sorter earnings to repurchase ASTR tokens

Odaily Planet Daily News: Startale Group announced that it will use the proceeds from the Sequencer of its Ethereum L2 blockchain Soneium, jointly developed with Sony Group, to purchase ASTR tokens in the market to further promote the integration of the Soneium and Astar ecosystems and future asset mergers. It is reported that Soneium is developed and operated by Sony Block Solution Labs (jointly owned by Sony headquarters and Startale), and led by Sota Watanabe, the founder of Astar. Its Sequencer is responsible for sorting, packaging, and submitting transactions to Ethereum L1, while charging transaction fees.
