The move comes after the company received a Wells notice from the SEC in October of last year, to which it responded by preemptively suing the agency for jurisdictional overreach. @cryptocom dropped that lawsuit in December after @realDonaldTrump announced his intention to appoint pro-crypto Paul Atkins to replace Gensler as the next SEC chair.
