This is MicroStrategy vs. Bitcoin (MSTR/BTC). When the line goes up, MSTR is outperforming BTC. When the line goes down, MSTR is underperforming BTC. Logically, this is a support zone where we should see bids. But I still think waiting for a bullish RSI divergence is key.
