During the Singapore 2049 Summit, the "PayFi Summit," co-hosted by Huma Finance, Solana, and StellarOrg, was successfully held. This summit brought together leading projects in the blockchain payment sector, showcasing 12 innovative projects across various fields, including cross-border payments, RWA tokenization, and Web3 financial infrastructure.
Among them, one of the hosts, the RWA tokenization platform Huma Finance, completed a $38 million financing round in September, led by Distributed Global, with participation from HashKey Capital, Folius Ventures, Stellar Development Foundation, and TIBAS Ventures, among others. Huma Finance's financial payment platform aims to leverage blockchain technology to address the liquidity needs of trade financing for faster settlements.
Arf: Global Cross-Border Payment and Settlement Platform for Cryptocurrencies
Arf is a global cross-border payment and settlement platform using the USDC stablecoin, specifically designed to provide cryptocurrency-based operating capital and settlement services for licensed currency service enterprises (such as payment institutions and remittance companies) and financial institutions. It aims to solve the capital occupation issues of traditional cross-border payments by optimizing payment processes.
Arf completed a $13 million seed round financing in October 2022, with participation from Circle Ventures, Stellar Development Foundation (SDF), UOB Venture Management, Signum Capital, Hard Yaka, NGC Ventures, Blockchain Founders Fund, and 500 Emerging Europe. This round of financing is intended to provide global fund management and operating capital credit lines for financial institutions and licensed currency service enterprises in the cross-border payment industry.
BackedFi: RWA Asset Tokenization Platform
BackedFi is an RWA asset tokenization platform regulated by the EU. It offers various RWA tokenization services, including ERC-20 compatible versions of traditional exchange-traded funds (ETFs) and tokenized stocks. The company has launched tokenized stocks for Tesla (bTSLA), Microsoft (bMSFT), Google (bGOOGL), and GameStop (bGME), as well as the S&P 500 Index ETF (bCSPX), and tokenized Apple (bAAPL) and BlackRock's iShares Treasury Bonds (bIB01) in collaboration with cryptocurrency company INX.
These assets are created under EU securities law, marked on the Polygon proof-of-stake network, and are supported 1:1 by their corresponding underlying stocks. The newly listed tokenized securities allow traders to enjoy around-the-clock service, fractional ownership, and blockchain security. Eligible investors can trade these traditional securities outside standard stock market hours and fund their accounts using cryptocurrencies.
Bridge: Stablecoin-Based Cross-Border Payment Platform
Bridge aims to create an efficient, low-cost payment platform using stablecoins, enabling businesses to bypass traditional banking systems for rapid settlements, reduced fees, and lower foreign exchange risk in cross-border fund management, particularly for B2B (business-to-business) payments. Bridge has partnered with Latin American cryptocurrency exchange Bitso.
Bridge completed a $58 million financing round in August this year, with participation from Sequoia Capital, Ribbit, Index, and Haun Ventures, among others.
BSOSTech: Web3 Solutions for Supply Chain Finance
BSOSTech aims to develop Web3 solutions that make traditional supply chain finance processes more efficient and transparent through its SUPLEX digital platform. Collaborations with ConsenSys and Tether further enhance BSOSTech's capabilities in the blockchain and international finance sectors, providing compliant and secure cross-border payment and financing services for suppliers and businesses. These services can reduce financial pressure on enterprises and promote the digital transformation of global supply chain finance.
Easy Labs: Programmable Payment Solutions
Easy Labs offers solutions that enable businesses and developers to manage payment and financial processes more efficiently and flexibly. Through SDKs and no-code platforms, users can design automated financial logic tailored to specific needs, achieving comprehensive automation of payment processes, thereby reducing labor costs, improving efficiency, and minimizing the risk of errors.
Helio Pay: Cryptocurrency Payment Gateway Supporting Shopify
Helio Pay is a cryptocurrency payment solution that facilitates e-commerce, presales, and NFT markets. By integrating Solana Pay technology, merchants can accept payments in various stablecoins (such as USDC, USDT, PYUSD) and enjoy benefits like low fees, instant settlement, and global accessibility. Additionally, NFT holders can receive discounts, cNFT airdrops, and Discord memberships. Helio Pay also supports automatic conversion of cryptocurrency earnings into fiat currency, helping merchants mitigate price volatility risks.
PolyFlow: Web3 Supply Chain Finance Platform
PolyFlow is a multi-chain PayFi protocol that allows users to register payment IDs (PIDs) across multiple blockchain networks, manage funds and generate yields through self-custodial wallets, and is compatible with DeFi services. Users can apply for a PolyFlow payment card, recharge it with crypto assets, and spend globally. PolyFlow has also partnered with Roam and Huma Finance to participate in the DePIN hardware loan program, providing on-chain supply chain finance support for IoT projects and accelerating the deployment of hardware facilities.

Portal creates embedded cryptocurrency wallets for mobile devices and Web3, featuring MPC API and account abstraction. It provides wallet solutions for banks, exchanges, and credit card issuers.
Pay With Ripe: Cryptocurrency Payment Gateway Focused on Southeast Asia
Pay With Ripe focuses on providing cryptocurrency payment services for merchants in Southeast Asia. It offers QR code payment functionality for cryptocurrency wallets like Phantom, allowing users to scan merchant QR codes for cryptocurrency payments.
Sphere Labs: Cryptocurrency Payment Gateway
Sphere Labs provides cryptocurrency payment infrastructure, enabling merchants to use payment gateways, subscription services, payment links, and invoicing modules, processing transactions across multiple blockchain networks (such as Solana, Polygon, Avalanche). It has also launched a Telegram extension for bank-to-wallet transactions, allowing users to convert and transfer fiat and cryptocurrency within Telegram, with plans to officially launch later this year, supporting associations with USD or EUR accounts, and offering early users a 0.1% transaction fee rate.
TLay: PayFi Combined with DePIN
TLay is the digital trust layer of DePIN, utilizing blockchain technology to register and manage physical assets on-chain, connecting the physical and digital worlds. It has collaborated with Huma Finance to develop the PayFi system, providing instant financing and automated underwriting services based on on-chain cash flows, and ensuring data transparency and device trustworthiness through innovative risk management tools, promoting the security and sustainable development of the DePIN ecosystem.
Zoth: RWA Fixed Income Market
Zoth is a decentralized finance company focused on RWA tokenization, with its product ZTLN (tokenized fixed income notes) backed by low-risk assets (such as U.S. Treasury bills and top corporate bonds), totaling a value of $100 million. ZTLN offers transparent, audited, and highly liquid blockchain fixed income options for institutions and qualified investors, bridging the gap between CeFi and DeFi.
In August this year, Zoth completed a $4 million financing round, with participation from Taisu Ventures, G20, Fat Cat Ventures, as well as support from Coinbase and Hedera, and Ripple's XRPL Foundation. This round of financing will be used to expand the market reach of its product Tokenized Liquid Note, strengthen its team, and accelerate market penetration.
