According to Philippine crypto media BitPinas, in response to CoinDesk's earlier report suggesting that Coinsph is at risk of having its license revoked due to alleged involvement in offshore gambling transactions, Philippine crypto exchange Coinsph clarified that the Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) license of its subsidiary Betur Inc. and the Electronic Money Issuer (EMI) license of DCPay Philippines remain valid. The company denied providing services to illegal offshore gambling operators. Coinsph stated that restrictions imposed by the Philippine central bank only apply to fiat deposits made to DCPay via InstaPay and PESONet, while cryptocurrency trading, withdrawals, and other payment services continue to operate normally. The company also acknowledged that the central bank has requested improvements to its internal control measures and is currently cooperating with regulatory requirements. The Philippine central bank declined to comment on specific regulatory matters. https://www.(wublock123.com)/news/coinsph-denies-license-revocation-vasp-emi-still-valid-no-offshore-gambling-services-70255
