Best value inspection report regarding Bedford Council. In summary, absolutely slammed - dysfunctional leadership, failed financial management, spiralling debt, deteriorating services and a council so incapable of governing itself that government intervention is recommended. The country is fucked on every level, no no, it is not doomerism, it is reality. We really need to take our country back from these incompetent idiots.
