According to Digital Asset, South Korea's Supreme Court opened public comments on July 2 regarding partial amendments to the 'Civil Execution Rules,' which are set to take effect in October. The amendments outline procedures for the enforcement and liquidation of virtual assets (digital assets) and claims for their transfer. Courts will be able to issue seizure orders to restrict debtors from disposing of related assets. Additionally, third-party debtors (such as digital asset exchanges) will be required to disclose the type, quantity, and status of rights associated with the assets. Seized assets can be liquidated through transfer orders, sale orders, etc. For digital assets with low market value or insufficient liquidity, they can first be converted into more easily liquidated digital assets before being sold. The South Korean Court Administration Office will accept public comments until August 11 and plans to implement the final rules on October 1. https://(wublock123.com)/news/south-korea-supreme-court-virtual-asset-enforcement-rules-comment-request-64073
