The company previously stated that it plans to issue shares equivalent to up to 2.5% of its total equity, but the final issuance size has not yet been determined, so the exact fee amount remains variable. Sources familiar with the matter revealed that, in addition to the base fee, SK Hynix may also offer additional incentives.
