Foresight News reports that, according to U.S. SEC documents, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has officially approved the rule change application for the listing and trading of the T. Rowe Price Active Crypto ETF on NYSE Arca. NYSE Arca initially submitted the rule change application in November 2025, which was approved after two revisions. The ETF aims to achieve long-term capital appreciation as its investment objective and will typically hold 5 to 15 crypto assets under normal circumstances. As of the date of the application filing, the eligible assets identified by the sponsor include: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), XRP, Cardano (ADA), Avalanche (AVAX), Litecoin (LTC), Polkadot (DOT), Dogecoin (DOGE), Hedera (HBAR), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Chainlink (LINK), Stellar (XLM), Shiba Inu (SHIB), and Sui (SUI). Additionally, the fund may hold USDC as operating capital to cover expenses and purchase assets, but not as an investment target.
