First, let’s share something from the Trust AI testing period

A private assistant, which previously served only 1% of customers. Today, we have integrated it into your wallet: Trust AI is officially launched.

Earlier this year, Trust Wallet AI was only open to a small group of users.

We noticed a type of usage that no one had taught before.

Users would paste suspicious private messages, unknown tokens, and transfer requests into the chat box to have the AI help verify them.

A recurring scam looks like this: "Your funds have been frozen, please transfer 200 TRX to activate your account."

Trust Wallet AI identified the scam and clearly reminded users not to transfer funds.

This usage was never documented in the product documentation; users discovered it themselves.

This incident made our Trust Wallet team see a need: everyone wants an AI that is always present and can ask anything, and this AI is always loyal to the user’s interests.

Why do you need wallet AI, and why now?

Let’s talk about another ongoing fact.

In Lagos, Istanbul, and São Paulo, an entire generation has skipped bank branches and jumped directly into the on-chain world.

The experiences of their parents, such as saving in banks, buying land, etc., don’t apply to them.

Therefore, the first entity they could ask about money in their lives became an AI.

The previous generation needed appointments, lines, and reading people’s faces to ask for financial advice; this generation can ask AI at three in the morning, and no one gets impatient no matter how deep they go.

Human financial behavior is evolving, and Trust Wallet's self-custodial users are right there witnessing this change.

The answers are scattered across Twitter, group chats, and search engines, with scammers often arriving before the answers.

So we decided to bring true answers into the wallet.

A private assistant once only served the wealthy, now we hope Trust Wallet AI serves everyone in their wallets.

What can Trust Wallet AI do?

You can ask it about changes in your asset portfolio, market trends, or any cryptocurrency-related questions.

Ask it, "How did I perform this month?" and it will give you an interpretation of your holdings.

Ask it, "What are the hot topics today?" and it will inform you of relevant market dynamics.

Ask about a specific token, such as "Tell me about BNB" or "What are the risks of this token?" and it will provide you with more in-depth information.

If you want to exchange ETH for USDC, just say it. It prepares the transaction, presenting the amount, path, and target address for you to review, and you just need to click confirm.

Nothing will happen until you click confirm. There are no exceptions.

The difference between it and general chatbots lies in the holding data. General bots do not know who you are and can only provide textbook responses. Trust Wallet AI sees your real assets across all chains; when you ask "How did I perform this month?" it answers with your own numbers.

Trust Wallet AI cannot access your private keys

Unlike typical "generic cryptocurrency chatbots," Trust Wallet AI can access your real asset portfolio data across different chains, thus providing answers truly tailored to your situation.

Throughout the entire process, your private keys and assets are always under your control. Trust Wallet AI can read your holdings and help you prepare actions, but it strictly follows the "read-only + prepare" principle.

It cannot and will not move your assets on its own.

Every on-chain action requires your confirmation.

Your inquiries, the tokens you are viewing, addresses, and balances will be sent to our AI infrastructure provider.

They will never be used to train models, but they will leave Trust Wallet's servers.
