Today, the media platform Foresight News published a malicious article aimed at HashKey Group, attempting to mislead the public and damage HashKey Group's reputation. This behavior is not only regrettable but also exposes the complex capital connections and improper competitive motives behind it.

Foresight News is suspected of having capital ties with the exchange OSL. Public information shows that OSL's parent company, BC Technology, announced in November 2023 that it accepted an investment from the BGX Group, which is the main holding company of the venture capital firm Foresight Ventures (Foresight VC). After the transaction, the BGX Group holds 29.97% of BC Technology's shares, making it the largest shareholder.

HashKey Group is currently operating normally, with all businesses progressing steadily within a compliant framework. This manipulation of public opinion through capital not only seriously violates business ethics but also undermines the fair competitive environment of the industry. In this regard, we strongly condemn the malicious reporting by Foresight News and have initiated a comprehensive investigation. At the same time, HashKey Group will take all necessary legal actions against the malicious behavior and related responsible parties to firmly protect its legal rights and defend the company's reputation and the normal order of the industry.
