Binance Labs Fund tweeted that the withdrawal of the Abu Dhabi license application is unrelated to Binance Exchange. The purpose of obtaining the license was to manage funds raised from limited partners (LP). However, the team decided to focus on incubating early founders and startups, resulting in low capital utilization. Therefore, they decided to return the funds to LPs and cancel the license application.
Fidelity has submitted a second revised Bitcoin spot ETF prospectus to the SEC
Bloomberg analyst Eric Balchunas tweeted that Fidelity has submitted a second revised Bitcoin spot ETF prospectus (S-1 filing) to the SEC.
The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) stated that Binance Holdings Ltd.'s recent $4.3 billion settlement agreement with the US Department of Justice supported its lawsuit against Binance. Although the SEC did not participate in the settlement agreement, the agency argued on Friday that the federal court in Washington hearing its case should weigh Binance and the company's former CEO Zhao Changpeng's statements in the November 21 settlement agreement. Binance and Zhao Changpeng had previously asked the court to dismiss the SEC's lawsuit. In June of this year, the SEC sued Binance and Zhao Changpeng, accusing them of mishandling customer funds, misleading investors and regulators, and violating securities regulations.

National security officials from the US, South Korea, and Japan discussed North Korea's cryptocurrency theft, as well as its efforts in nuclear and ballistic missile programs. Digital asset brokerage firm Nonco has completed a $10 million seed round financing, led by Valor Capital Group and Hack VC, with participation from Morgan Creek Digital, CMCC, Lvna Capital, Theta Capital, Bullish, Bastion Trading, and Libra Capital Ventures. The company was spun off from the Americas division of Hong Kong digital asset platform OSL, OSL Digital Limited, and is composed of the same team. OSL retains a minority stake in the new company. Since its launch in April, the company's trading volume in the Americas region has reached $6 billion.

According to on-chain analyst @ai_9684xtpa, the ETH swing trader 0x828…Fc0ab transferred 3700 ETH to Binance a few minutes ago, worth $8.71 million. The average cost of this fund is $1968, with 9130 ETH bought on-chain on November 19 and 2824 ETH transferred out of Binance to the wallet on November 21. In the past 5 days, the whale has deposited a total of 120.2 million USDT and USDC into Binance and OKX. So far, the whale has withdrawn 25,203 ETH (approximately $57.8 million, average price $2295) and may continue to withdraw more; expected profit of $1.68 million (+2.9%).
