The expectations for platform tokens are sky-high, but that doesn't mean there are no other opportunities.

After the unexpected shutdown of Noxa, Robinhood has entered the launchpad "Battle of the Hundred Regiments" phase. Nearly a week has passed, and the situation has become somewhat clearer, but there is still a lot of uncertainty.

Pons: The Current Leader

Over the past weekend, whether measured by the number of newly launched tokens or daily trading volume, Pons has already taken the lead. Especially in terms of daily trading volume, Pons has surpassed Noxa for two consecutive days, with an average daily trading volume of about 45 million dollars over those two days.

Although Noxa is no longer issuing new tokens, early influential projects like $CASHCAT are still contributing to daily trading volume data and it is quite substantial. Pons's surpassing of daily trading volume indicates that it is currently not only the first choice for new token launches but also the preferred option for still active liquidity.

Yesterday, based on intra-day trading volume calculations, Pons's market share reached 52.1%.

This helped the price of $PONS rebound and set a new high of about 24 million dollars after dropping to about 4 million dollars in market value. We can certainly say that estimating the annualized revenue of Pons since its inception, combined with the approximately 20% token burn rate, and making a horizontal comparison with $PUMP, the rebound of $PONS from 4 million dollars is not surprising.

However, the logic can be simplified and clarified a bit more. First, the market is betting on the huge vacancy left by Noxa's exit from the launchpad race, and Pons offers the best data. Second, there needs to be attention-grabbing events that leave room for market imagination. Pons leads in this as well, because bonkguy openly bought in and even increased his holdings once. Additionally, the consultant @cryptogle from WLFI has also been promoting $PONS, which makes the market imagine that the "conspiracy" behind Pons is the Bonk gang.

Lastly, Pons's lead does not mean it has already achieved final victory; there are still many platforms eager to try.

Arrow: High Control, Doing Everything

One reason why the price of the Arrow project was able to spike to a market value of 35 million dollars is due to its high control:

Another reason is that after the meme coin $CASHCAT emerged as a leader, everyone started looking for opportunities in the RWA concept, just as it focused on collateralized lending for US stock tokens.

The launchpad business is truly profitable, so Arrow has come over to participate, and its narrative has upgraded from previously collateralized lending for US stock tokens to a comprehensive DeFi hub on Robinhood. In terms of attraction, Pons relies on the Bonk gang, while Arrow presents the narrative that a former Robinhood employee, Ash Manicka, is acting as the strategic advisor for the project.

The platform hasn't officially opened yet, but it will be soon, so keep an eye on it.

Stonkbroker: The Platform Isn’t Open Yet, NFTs Are Rising First

This project planned to launch NFTs before Robinhood's mainnet went live, and in the testnet phase, the team had already set up a launchpad.

The idea at that time was to take the royalty income generated by the project to purchase US stock tokens on Robinhood and then airdrop them to holders. The path of realization involves this NFT incorporating ERC-6551, making each NFT also an Ethereum wallet capable of directly receiving NFT airdrops.

Utilizing ERC-6551 rather than just tracking owner addresses allows for a lot of expansion in gameplay. The platform hasn’t officially launched yet, but NFTs have already been speculated to nearly 2 ETH, and the token also surged to a high market value surpassing 15 million dollars, making it one of the major dogs of the weekend.

This NFT has a total of 4444 pieces, and in the future, 70% of the launchpad's revenue will be used to purchase US stock tokens on Robinhood, which will then be airdropped to NFT holders. However, holders need to consume some $STONKBROKER to activate the NFT to qualify for dividends. The more consumed, the greater the multiplier on the dividends received:

Every time the ownership of an NFT changes, the new holder must spend $STONKBROKER to activate it if they want dividends.

So basically, this is a flying wheel of image tokens. Holding the image is like being a shareholder of the platform, but to gain the right to dividends, one must consume tokens. The hotter the platform becomes, the more dividends the NFTs receive, and the tokens required to activate the dividend rights become more expensive.

The current situation is that the platform hasn’t opened yet, but everyone has already speculated to the max. More likely, this is due to the novelty of the gameplay combined with the NFT player community showing considerable interest in the project. This platform is not just a launchpad; there will also be swaps and lending alongside this NFT series with AMM.

Bankr: Using US Stock Tokens for Pairing to Launch Memes

This is indeed a rather clever path. A few hours ago, Bankr launched a new feature supporting pairing more than 90 tokenized US stocks like $TSLA, $AAPL, and $SPY with newly issued meme coins, meaning that the pool does not consist of ETH, but of stocks.

Previously, it wouldn't be accurate to say that there weren't similar gameplay mechanics. For instance, two months ago, a platform called alt.fun gained popularity for a few days on HyperEVM, which utilized contract positions, including US stock targets, to launch meme coins, with its leading token reaching a market cap of up to 9 million dollars.

But given that the Robinhood CEO has repeatedly stated that their chain aims to manage both RWA and memes, this kind of gameplay now seems to have room for speculation on this chain. Moreover, it is quite dramatic that the founder of Bankr, @0xDeployer, has also released a token called $REAL, which is paired with Nvidia's stock, and is recruiting a CTO team on X for this token, claiming they are looking for truly capable operators and will also provide suggestions:

If this $REAL can take off, Bankr may very well use this clever method to overtake competitors, and in the short term, trading meme coins based on these US stock pairs might become popular.

Conclusion

The directly related targets of the platforms mentioned above (excluding $REAL) have already surpassed a market value of ten million dollars. Given that the battle has not truly settled, placing heavy bets carries a relatively high risk. The best strategy at this time is actually to keep an eye on each platform; the fiercer their competition, the more opportunities will arise.
