This announcement has stirred a buzz across the crypto community as it marks Metaplanet's first full-scale merger and acquisition deal targeted towards expanding its Bitcoin treasury.

According to details shared by the CEO, Metaplanet is expected to close the acquisition deal in July. Afterwards, the firm revealed it will rebrand Siiibo Securities as Metaplanet Securities Co., Ltd.
