Today, sqrDAO officially opens the public registration channel for the Web3 Builders Summit: LFBUIDL 2026 (W3BS). This is sqrDAO's third annual flagship summit, which will be grandly held on May 25, 2026 (Saturday) at the Risemount Premier Resort in Da Nang.

This summit is held as the official Web3 themed event of the Da Nang Venture Capital and Angel Summit (DAVAS 2026), allowing Web3 builders to directly enter the flagship venture summit overseen by the Da Nang Department of Science and Technology.

Why W3BS 2026 is Particularly Important Now

The digital asset ecosystem in Vietnam is entering a structurally new phase. In light of Resolution 05/NQ-CP - which establishes the regulatory pilot framework for the cryptocurrency market from 2026 to 2030 - and the official launch of the Vietnam International Financial Center (VIFC) in Da Nang in December 2025, W3BS 2026 becomes the first major Web3 native gathering held under this new framework, aiming to place builders, capital, and policy in the same space to jointly shape the still emerging institutional infrastructure.

Agenda Design Concept

The agenda for May 25 is built around a core argument: The winners of the next stage in Vietnam Web3 will be those builders who understand three things deeply: policy, technical infrastructure, and capital. The morning will focus on strategy and policy, with founders engaging in face-to-face discussions with officials shaping Vietnam's digital asset framework; the afternoon will shift to technical demonstrations and showcases, with project teams laying the underlying infrastructure taking the stage alongside founders.

W3BS 2026 breaks through the limitations of a single roundtable format by organically integrating three discussion roundtables (focusing on the forefront of Vietnamese policy, stablecoin tech stack, and RWA infrastructure) with three lightning debates designed to stimulate true core topics of contention among builders. Three rounds of showcase batches will wrap up the day, organized around the most needed directions for market implementation: on-chain financial infrastructure, consumer applications for emerging markets, and AI-native sovereign technology.

The day will culminate with a Web3 Builders dinner, which serves both as the summit's closing ceremony and as an official entrance to the DAVAS week. Founders who shape the summit content in the day's roundtables and showcases will share the room with venture partners attending DAVAS, including Quest Ventures, Do Ventures, Antler, MEXC Ventures, and GenAI Fund. This is a key turning point for Web3 builders to transition from the summit venue to broader capital dialogues.
