The lawsuit states that Azalea promoted MOTHER to be used in the Motherland casino, Unreal Mobile phone service, and DreamVault market, but these integrations failed to materialize or operate as promised. The MOTHER token has fallen over 99% from its peak of about $0.23. The plaintiffs seek compensation for affected investors, including statutory damages and potential triple damages. The lawsuit was filed by Burwick Law, which previously also filed suit against "Hawk Tuah" girl Hailey Welch and her meme coin project.
