After landing, she was controlled by a stranger and taken to the Sanfo Tower area on the Thailand-Myanmar border, suspected of being sold to a cyber scam park in Myanmar. On April 13, her family received a call from a man claiming to be a "buyer," stating that he purchased her for 29,000 U coins and demanded a ransom of 30,000 U coins (about 200,000 yuan). After the family made the payment, the other party repeatedly delayed her release with reasons such as "the park only allows entry but not exit." The police officially launched an investigation on April 15, the education department intervened, and currently, the other party claims they can release her but has not provided a specific location, with both sides still negotiating.
