Among them, complaints related to virtual assets surged from 403 in the second half of 2024 to 4,491, an increase of 1,014%, mainly involving issues such as unissued transaction API activity rewards. The Financial Supervisory Service stated that it will establish a consumer protection regulatory system focused on preventive measures and introduce generative artificial intelligence in the complaint dispute resolution process to improve efficiency.
