Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes on March 17 filed a 20-count criminal information in Maricopa County Superior Court against KalshiEx LLC and Kalshi Trading LLC, accusing the firms of violating state gambling and election laws. Mayes added that Arizona would enforce its laws despite ongoing legal challenges brought by the company.
