He defines Ethereum as a new type of "trustware" and views trust as a virtual commodity, with Ether (ETH) being the world's highest "octane" trust commodity.

On this foundation of trust, transactions, protocols, and relationships can be executed automatically, verified, and transparently, thereby driving the global economy to operate at high speed on the Web3 track.

Lubin discussed the "Flippening"—when the monetary base of ETH surpasses that of Bitcoin (BTC). While some believe this will never happen and others predict it will take years, he candidly stated that surprising changes could occur within the next year, with the key force driving this shift being companies actively incorporating ETH into their treasury assets.

If this prediction comes true, 2025 could become a historic turning point for the cryptocurrency industry.
