No Fap Abstinence Day 16
No Fap (abstinence movement) is a self-control practice that involves not watching pornography, not masturbating, and not indulging in sexual fantasies, with the aim of rebuilding focus, motivation, self-esteem, and energy.
Yesterday, I talked about why I started No Fap.
The main reason is to reset my dopamine system. Additionally, it allows me to have more time to engage in more cumulative activities, rather than just seeking momentary pleasure.
In other words, it enables me to regain control over my body and mind, allowing me to do what I want.
Everyone can reflect on how much time they spend each day completing tasks without conscious awareness.
If you think about it seriously, it’s quite terrifying to realize that the body and mind do not act based on one’s own awareness.
So who is the true master of this body and mind?
Thus, I identified the most obvious behavior that affects me, commonly referred to as "kinky behavior."
Some people may struggle with drinking, smoking, or even drug use, but overall, it boils down to addiction.
Therefore, I have decided to continue this practice for at least 30 days.
From now on, I will post an article every day on this topic, encouraging everyone to cultivate this habit and break free from unwanted addictions.
