Day 29｜No Fap 30-Day Challenge (Challenge Failed)

On the last day, the challenge failed, which was quite dramatic. Here are a few takeaways.

- Throughout the process, I experienced many changes, gained many insights, got to know myself better, and learned to control myself more.

- In the last few days, I was simply pursuing the number of days, losing the original meaning of the challenge and not focusing on myself.

- I am proud that I lasted 29 days; I will not deny the entire journey because of the last day, and I might have even saved myself a day's time.

- Failure is not as scary as I imagined; it is quite acceptable. In the past, thinking about the possibility of failure would lead to internal struggles.
