Etoro Group Ltd has officially launched the roadshow for its initial public offering (IPO) of 10,000,000 Class A common shares, with 5,000,000 shares being offered by the company and 5,000,000 shares by certain existing stockholders. The company anticipates granting underwriters a 30-day option to purchase an additional 1,500,000 common shares to cover over-allotments, if necessary. The IPO is expected to be priced between $46.00 and $50.00 per share. Etoro has applied to list its Class A common shares on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol “ETOR.”
